Welcome to GoTrotters! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GoTrotters™ M³ Training platform operated by GoStar Digital LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

🏀 Simple Terms: Use GoTrotters to train, climb the tiers, and have fun. Don't misuse it. Pay for your license. We'll provide a great platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using GoTrotters, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a facility or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

GoTrotters is a wellness platform that provides:

  • The M³ Circuit (3 circuits: Memory, Mental Agility, Mira Tracking)
  • 10-tier progression system (PRACTICE 1 through MASTER 10)
  • Facility dashboard and progress tracking
  • Family "cheerleader" access for loved ones
  • Bilingual support (English/Spanish)

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Facilities: Must register with valid contact information and agree to license terms.

GoTrotters (Users): Are registered through their facility or via GoTrotter AI conversational onboarding. Each GoTrotter receives a unique 4-digit PIN.

Family Members: Can be invited as "cheerleaders" to follow their loved one's progress.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. LICENSE & PRICING

GoTrotters is licensed on a per-user monthly basis. Simple, accessible, no complicated tiers. By purchasing a license, you agree to the following:

  • Free Trial: 7 days, 1 user, full access — No credit card required
  • GoTrotters: $5/month per user — Add unlimited users anytime

Payment: Monthly payment via credit card (Stripe)

Adding Users: Add as many users as you need, anytime

Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of current billing period.

🎯 Training is important. We make it accessible. No complicated pricing tiers. No negotiations. Just $5/month per user. That's it.

5. FREE TRIAL

We offer a 7-day free trial with the following terms:

  • 1 user, full platform access
  • All 3 circuits (The M³ Circuit)
  • All 10 progression levels (PRACTICE 1 through MASTER 10)
  • No credit card required
  • No automatic billing — you choose when to join the Team

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

  • Share access codes or PINs with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate tier progression
  • Resell or sublicense access without authorization

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

GoTrotters, including all content, features, the M³ Circuit, the 10-tier progression system, GoTrotter AI, and related branding are owned by GoStar Digital LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

"GoTrotters™", "GoTrotter™" and the GoTrotters logo are trademarks of GoStar Digital LLC.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

GoTrotters is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The platform will produce specific outcomes
  • All features will be available at all times

GoTrotters is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoStar Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoTrotters. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will end, and your data will be retained according to our data retention policy (90 days for paid licenses).

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify facilities of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

¡Bienvenido a GoTrotters! Estos Términos de Uso ("Términos") rigen su uso de la plataforma de entrenamiento GoTrotters™ M³ operada por GoStar Digital LLC ("nosotros", "nuestro"). Al usar nuestra plataforma, acepta estos Términos.

🏀 Términos Simples: Use GoTrotters para entrenar, subir de nivel y divertirse. No lo use mal. Pague su licencia. Nosotros proveeremos una gran plataforma.

1. ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS

Al acceder o usar GoTrotters, acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si usa la plataforma en nombre de una instalación u organización, representa que tiene autoridad para vincular esa entidad a estos Términos.

2. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO

GoTrotters es una plataforma de bienestar que proporciona:

  • El Circuito M³ (3 circuitos: Memoria, Agilidad Mental, Mira Tracking)
  • Sistema de progresión de 10 niveles (PRACTICE 1 hasta MASTER 10)
  • Panel de control de instalación y seguimiento de progreso
  • Acceso familiar de "porristas" para seres queridos
  • Soporte bilingüe (Inglés/Español)

3. REGISTRO DE CUENTA

Instalaciones: Deben registrarse con información de contacto válida y aceptar los términos de licencia.

GoTrotters (Usuarios): Se registran a través de su instalación o mediante el onboarding conversacional de GoTrotter AI. Cada GoTrotter recibe un PIN único de 4 dígitos.

Miembros de Familia: Pueden ser invitados como "porristas" para seguir el progreso de su ser querido.

Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de cuenta y de todas las actividades bajo su cuenta.

4. LICENCIA Y PRECIOS

GoTrotters se licencia mensualmente por usuario. Simple, accesible, sin niveles complicados. Al comprar una licencia, acepta lo siguiente:

Cancelación: Cancele en cualquier momento. El acceso continúa hasta el final del período de facturación actual.

🎯 El entrenamiento es importante. Lo hacemos accesible. Sin niveles de precios complicados. Sin negociaciones. Solo $5/mes por usuario. Eso es todo.

5. PRUEBA GRATUITA

Ofrecemos una prueba gratuita de 7 días con los siguientes términos:

  • 1 usuario, acceso completo a la plataforma
  • Los 3 circuitos (El Circuito M³)
  • Los 10 niveles de progresión (PRACTICE 1 hasta MASTER 10)
  • Sin tarjeta de crédito requerida
  • Sin facturación automática — usted elige cuándo unirse al Equipo

6. USO ACEPTABLE

Usted acepta NO:

  • Compartir códigos de acceso o PINs con usuarios no autorizados
  • Intentar realizar ingeniería inversa o copiar la plataforma
  • Usar la plataforma para cualquier propósito ilegal
  • Interferir o interrumpir el servicio
  • Crear cuentas falsas o manipular la progresión de niveles
  • Revender o sublicenciar el acceso sin autorización

7. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

GoTrotters, incluyendo todo el contenido, características, el Circuito M³, el sistema de progresión de 10 niveles, GoTrotter AI, y la marca relacionada son propiedad de GoStar Digital LLC. No puede copiar, modificar o distribuir nuestra propiedad intelectual sin permiso escrito.

"GoTrotters™", "GoTrotter™" y el logo de GoTrotters son marcas registradas de GoStar Digital LLC.

8. DESCARGO DE GARANTÍAS

GoTrotters se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que:

  • El servicio será ininterrumpido o libre de errores
  • La plataforma producirá resultados específicos
  • Todas las características estarán disponibles en todo momento

GoTrotters no es un dispositivo médico y no está destinado a diagnosticar, tratar o curar ninguna condición.

9. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, GoStar Digital LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados de su uso de GoTrotters. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el monto que pagó por su licencia en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.

10. TERMINACIÓN

Podemos suspender o terminar su acceso si viola estos Términos.

Al terminar, su acceso a la plataforma finalizará, y sus datos se retendrán según nuestra política de retención de datos (90 días para licencias pagadas).

11. CAMBIOS A LOS TÉRMINOS

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Notificaremos a las instalaciones de cambios significativos por correo electrónico. El uso continuo de la plataforma después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

12. LEY APLICABLE

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, EE.UU. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de Puerto Rico.
